Joshua Black was shot in the face with a rubber bullet as he watched events outside the Capitol. He was later convicted on five felony and misdemeanor charges, including possession of knife. Here we ask ourselves, what exactly were the Capitol Hill and Maryland police doing here? Shooting rubber bullets without warning and indiscriminately hurling smoke grenades? This is incitement not policing.
